The LJB IGN1A Smart Coil Mounts are laser cut from 0.125-inch 6061 aluminum and designed to provide a rigid, compact mounting solution for IGN1A-style smart ignition coils. The layout supports banks of four coils in a single assembly while maintaining consistent spacing and alignment.
The mounts interface to tubing through 0.062-inch steel weld-on tabs sized for 1.5-inch tube diameter. This allows the assembly to be positioned, fixtured or trimmed as needed prior to final welding. 
Optional 0.040-inch aluminum rock shield can be added to provide additional protection for the coils in exposed mounting locations.
Supplied in a raw finish and ready for welding or final surface treatment.
